About this blog

I want to use this blog to share with you the different interests in my life. This blog will primarily focus on my weight loss journey, Mental health and my hobbies and Interests. I will also be sharing about my Catholic Faith.

To make the blog more user friendly I have set up labels under the blogpost labels tab where you can view posts on my 3 main topics which are Faith, Health and Hobbies. Posts that don't fall under these categories are under the other posts Label. This is to make it easier to view posts on the one topic of interest to the reader.

The pages on top of this blog give information about this blog, My Story about my anxiety and Weight journey from the beginning.
